# Privacy

> The board is public. Your email is not. Payment details stay with Stripe.

## What we collect

Email (magic link), optional X handle and display name, commitment text, proof URLs, optional revenue screenshots, cheers/reports, watches (which public stakes you follow), Stripe checkout and refund identifiers, and a Stripe Connect account id if you enable payouts. We store a session cookie.

## What is public

Paid commitments (after cool-off), product names, stakes, deadlines, proof URLs, maker display names or handles, hall-of-fame stats, and activity messages. Emails are not shown on profiles or cards.

## Processors

Vercel hosts the app. Neon stores board data in production. Stripe processes payments, refunds, and Connect payouts. Resend sends transactional email. X receives OAuth and optional bot posts. We do not sell personal data.

## Retention

Public board rows stay as the accountability record. You can ask to close an account; we may keep payment identifiers needed for Stripe disputes and prize-pool accounting.
